Gaming Scheduling Topic
on:
29-12-2009, 17:18:03
Ok, since there's a few of us that have been trying to get together for some gaming, I decided to make a topic where we can clearly see each other's topics and schedule some good fraggin times. Its also a good place to post your aliases and other platforms and games you play on.
My alias on the PS3 and PC are the same... DanteLeonhart
Ok... who has Uncharted 2 and ARMA II?
Saturday will be my gaming day.
SteamID: DanteLeonhart
PSN: DanteLeonhart
See a pattern?

My gaming schedule is
so
limited these days. From the good days when I was playing Team Fortress 2 for an hour every night, I've been reduced to picking up TF2 about once every six months. Still a great game, though.
Anyhow, all my online MP is done through Steam, and my steam handle is BCSWowbagger.
People always assume from my screenname means I'm a football fan and start talking about colleges I've never heard of. Then I get to explain what BCS:TNG is while trying to wipe out a forward defensive line as a heavy on 2Fort. *sigh*
Hope to see some of you out there!

Steam name: limey98
I'm usually up for some gaming (mainly L4D2) pretty much whenever I'm online. I usually forget to change my Steam status whenever I leave my computer though, so my online-ness is best determined through MSN.

I play on PC/PS3.
However on PC lately the games I play can't play normally online for some *cough cough* reasons...
But I'm heavily considering getting L4D2...
On PS3, the PSN is: Yippie-Kay-Yay
Have several games with MP capability, including Uncharted 2.
However this PS3 is shared between me and my brother, tho we both play all the games, a few better than the others lol. And lately he's the one spending more time playing there. Anyway, if we go playing and he's the one in the PS3, Dante he already "knows" since we played RE5, for the other guys around here, just say you're from the BC foruns, he'll understand

Anyone up for some Sunday?
I'm thinking L4D, Arma II (PC) or Uncharted 2, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (PS3)

How about some L4D2 tonight? Me and krik have been desperately trying to get some campaigns completed on expert, but are having problems with the incompetant bots.

Me too...
at least in a way I can play online normally...
And I'm still waiting for you Dante (or anyone who has it) to play Uncharted 2 co-op!
I'm only missing a couple treasures, ending crushing mode and those 2 online trophies to get the platinum
Treasures/Crushing are on the way.... But the online ones... Well kinda obvious what I need for them
And for what I've seen comparing our trophies, you need it them too Dante! lol

I just had the most epic game of Scavenge ever! 'Twas on Dead Center.
Round 1, we got raped pretty quickly. 2 guys went up, got a charger, knocked one guy right off, killing him instantly, took me ages to fight my way up, just about saved the guy from dying, but we failed to get any more. Lost 3-4.
Round 2, 2 up, 2 down again. Worked perfectly. Got all 16 cans, stopped the other team at about 8. Resounding win.
Round 3, other team went first, despite our best efforts, got all 16. We fought hard, and just about managed to get all 16 ourselves (despite several hairy moments, including loosing one guy, and almost loosing another to a coordinate hunter-jockey attack when they were up), thankfully we did it a minute quicker so won. Over 10 minutes in total for that round though!
Round 4, I don't know what happened to the other team, but a coordinated smoker-charger ambush from us killed one guy, left another about an inch from death. I was still alive after killing guy (I was the smoker), so I grabbed the guy who came to rescue the survivor, the last guy (who had recently been huntered) got incapped by some commons while desperately trying to get one in, so we won without conceding a can! On our turn we simply rushed the nearest can and got it in in about 15 second, securing our victory!
SOOO much fun!
